The goldenpages.ie AR game is a secret game which can be unlocked by following the simple AR instructions here.

The game

The purpose of the goldenpages.ie game is to pop the balloons which fly up on your phone screen and release the great coupons contained inside.

Game navigation

1-The AR button will open the AR reader.

2-Aim the phone at the front cover of The goldenpages.ie Print Directory.

3-The book will trigger the AR game, this may take a few seconds to load, you will see a wait wheel spinning, this means it’s working!

4- When the AR button appears please press it and wait for the game to load.

5- Once the game loads you will see a champagne bottle in the corner, if you press this bottle a champagne cork will pop!

6- By aiming at a balloon and popping – you could win one of our great offers!

7- Simply click on the coupon to be brought through to a redemption page.

8-By clicking on the X button you will be brought back into the game.

9- By clicking on the << button you can start again

10- Clicking close will being you back into the goldenpages.ie app

2. Light can interfere with the image recognition when using AR. Try to avoid direct light creating a shine over the book cover if using The goldenpages.ie Print Directory to trigger the AR image

3. The AR view is available in iOS devices with at least iOS 4.0 like the iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4, iPad and iPod Touch 4th Generation. An Android device needs multiple sensors, must be powerful enough to show 3D content and running OS 2.1 or higher
