If you want to become a Manual Handling Instructor, then you must complete a QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor course which is recognised by the Health and Safety Authority (HAS) for those who wish to deliver Manual handling training to others.
Barrow training run a very popular 4 day QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor (6N0233) Training Course in Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, Waterford and Wexford.
This is the “Train the Trainer” for manual handling. This is a QQI-accredited course, ensuring the knowledge and skills gained on this programme are of the highest industry standards and are fully up to date in terms of legal requirements in the field of Manual Handling and recognised by the HSA.
The Barrow Training Manual Handling Instructor QQI level 6 (6N0233) Training course is run over 4 days.
On completion of the course, you will be a fully qualified Manual Handling Instructor and can start delivering manual handling training after the successful completion of the course and submission of assessments!
The 4 day programme is highly interactive, with a clear focus being placed on the analysis of practical manual handling techniques, risk assessment and the development of trainer skills.
Barrow Training can run this course in-company (in-house) for up to 10 people.
